The seven-floor office building accommodates 20 small and medium-sized tenants

Our tenants represent a variety of different fields and industries: restaurant operators, marketing agencies, IT companies and consulting firms. The office building consists of long-term and satisfied tenants who have enjoyed the office life at Freda 47 for a long time. The longest-running operator is a traditional and atmospheric British pub Angleterre, which has been in business since 1976.
